This creamy dairy-free ice cream uses avocado and cacao powder for the ultimate burst of flavour!

  • 400ml can coconut cream
  • 1 4 cup gluten free glucose syrup
  • 1 2 cup caster sugar
  • 1 3 cup cacao powder
  • 1 4 cup boiling water
  • 1 small avocado more or less mashed
  • 1 2 tsp vanilla bean cement
  • 2 tbsp with reference to chopped pistachio kernels toasted
